How to get here
My premises are located in Olari, Espoo at Komeetankatu 1. When you turn onto Komeetankatu, the ramp is almost immediately on the right after the yard. Drive (or walk) up the ramp to the roof. You can leave your car in the spaces next to the door (it says Ledicon and SRS). When you enter the door you will be in the waiting room where I will pick you up.
Heli Ahlsten - Body and Emotion Therapist
My name is Heli and I am a certified Body and Emotion Therapist. I went to try emotional zone therapy myself on the advice of a friend. I became so interested in the human body and how it works as a whole that I decided to study the field. I studied for three years as a body and emotional zone therapist at the Kairon Institute in Helsinki. My training included both the study of Emotional Zone Therapy and the basics of school medicine.
I have also attended the Doula Basic Course organised by Doules under the guidance of a DONA certified doula trainer.
